I giovani italiani, tra i più qualificati in Europa, non hanno facile accesso al mondo del lavoro: aumento dell’età pensionabile e imprese che non investono nelle nuove assunzioni sono scogli duri a superare eppure, il settore delle rinnovabili e dell’energia pulita è sempre alla ricerca di neolaureati. Scopriamo quali sono i settori e quali le imprese che investono nei giovani e nella green economy.
Anche il ministro dell’Ambiente Corrado Clini ha espresso più volte il suo punto di vista sulle rinnovabili e sulla necessità di investire a partire dalle automonie locali e dalle piccole realtà industriali per rilanciare l’economia del Paese e per rendere più competitiva l’Italia nel resto del mondo. Alcuni esempi di come siano i giovani il futuro su cui investire è dato dall’Università di Napoli che da diversi anni offre corsi di formazione sulle rinnovabili per studenti meritevoli, con la possibilità di percepire una borsa di studio. Ma la situzione sta cambiando. A dirlo sono le statistiche e il numero degli iscritti degli atenei italiani che scelgono ingegneria elettrica o elettronica per trovare un lavoro sicuro. I dati raccolti dal Gse parlano di un settore in forte crescita che solo nel 2010 ha prodotto il 22,8% di tutta l’energia, con in testa il fotovoltaico, l’eolico per il 2,7% e il solare per lo 0,6%. Un ulteriore impulso è stato dato dal decreto sulle rinnovabili del 2011 che, come spiega Luca Rai, di Antal International
A partire dallo scorso marzo dopo il nuovo decreto rinnovabili 2011 che modifica le regole di incentivazione e di autorizzazione degli impianti fotovoltaici a terra, molte aziende hanno subito una grossa scossa a livello eocnomico e alcune sono state costrette a chiudere i battenti. Molte imprese tuttavia, sono riuscite a riconvertire sia gli investimenti che le tecnologie e questo ha permesso di mantenere stabile il mercato delle assunzioni.
Un’altra voce a favore delle rinnovabili e dell’ingresso dei giovani nel mondo del lavoro arriva dal gruppo Power One in cui, come spiega Averaldo Farri
