Ricette vegane, seitan a straccetti con rucola e limone: dopo averla testata, vi proponiamo questa semplice ma gustosissima ricetta presentata dalla chef Holly Vernon sull’Huffington Post.
Ricette vegane, ecco le istruzioni per un piatto gustosissimo, leggero, dal costo molto basso e anche realizzabile in breve tempo. La ricetta del seitan a straccetti con rucola e limone è della chef macrobiotica Holly Vernon e per essere realizzata richiede solo mezzo kg di seitan, due etti di rucola (possibilmente bio), 1 limone, dell’olio EVO, del sale e della salsa di soia.
Vediamo la procedura per questa ricetta vegana. Si prende mezzo chilo di seitan al naturale e lo si taglia a straccetti. Si prende il tutto e si pone in un wok, ben distribuendo gli straccetti sul fondo della padella (senza aggiungere assolutamente niente prima). A questo punto si accende il fuoco: deve essere vivido, alto. Si smuovono ogni tanto i pezzettini di seitan con un cucchiaio di legno: è normale che si attacchino in parte al fondo: lo scopo è creare una crosticina dorata molto saporita.
Una volta che avremo ottenuto la crosticina dorata si spegne il fuoco (non dovrà più essere riacceso) e si prendono due etti di rucola (meglio se bio) e si ripongono sopra gli straccetti di seitan, dopodiché si mette il coperchio e si aspettano 5 minuti per far ammorbidire la rucola. Trascorso il tempo si aggiunge olio EVO, salsa di soia, sale e il succo di limone (a piacere, ma è bene non lesinare, a nostro giudizio). Si mischia il tutto e si copre di nuovo per alcuni minuti, in modo che si amalgami bene il tutto.
Dopodiché, via il coperchio: si può mangiare. Questa ricetta vegana di seitan a straccetti con rucola e limone della chef Holly Vernon è stata testata e la soddisfazione, a nostro giudizio, è garantita.
