L’Italia rallenta la corsa fotovoltaica

Il Paese del Sole non sfrutta la sua migliore arma. Grazie alla sua esposizione e al suo know-how, l’Italia potrebbe sfruttare il sole presente tutto l’anno per primeggiare nelle classifiche mondiali di produzione di energia solare e fotovoltaica. Ed invece continuiamo ad arrancare a metà classifica, cercando di inseguire non solo Paesi come la Spagna, che di sole ne hanno quanto noi, ma anche altri come la Germania, che lo vedono solo per pochi mesi all’anno.

Lo scorso anno però c’era stata un’impennata nella produzione nel nostro Paese, con 500 Mw di potenza cumulativa che faceva ben sperare per il futuro. Secondo il contatore del GSE, che indica gli impianti fotovoltaici incentivati con il conto energia, in Italia nel 2008 gli impianti realizzati per la produzione di tale energia erano 39.753. Possono sembrare tanti, ma se pensiamo che la Germania ne ha circa il quadruplo, capiamo che non sono poi moltissimi.

Il problema è che poi è arrivata la crisi, e addio investimenti. Nel 2009 c’è stato un calo improvviso, nonostante l’ambiziosa quota dei 900 Mw a cui il GSE puntava. Se infatti lo scorso anno la media di produzione mensile era di 6,5 Mw, oggi si è dimezzata a solo 3,4 Mw, il che fa capire che c’è stato un forte rallentamento, e che l’obiettivo difficilmente sarà raggiunto.

Il GSE però ha fiducia perché nei mesi caldi, questi appena iniziati, spera ci sia una ripresa della produzione, la quale porti il nostro Paese a superare almeno il 10% della produzione energetica nazionale. L’obiettivo del 20% entro il 2020 posto dall’Unione Europea si può ancora raggiungere, visto che di questo passo sarà possibile avvicinarvisi già con la sola energia fotovoltaica, a cui se aggiungiamo quella eolica, capiamo che non manca molto. In questo momento gli obiettivi sono due: aumentare la produzione di 480-490 Mw per avvicinarci all’obiettivo e diminuire le tariffe del 2% per rendere più appetibile tale energia, e permetterle di progredire in futuro.

    Guardate che non è vero che bisogna pregare in aramaico il GSE, io lavoro in una azienda che progetta e realizza impianti fotovoltaici e vedo che c’è solo bisogno di pratiche burocratiche ed un attimo di pazienza per quanto riguarda il tempo.
    Le banche invece non hanno mai interrotto i finanziamenti degli impianti, hanno solo rallentato, ma il problema primcipale è che al loro interno ci sono davvero pochissime ppersone che conoscono la legge del “Conto Energia”. Andrea
