Incentivi 2010 gpl e metano nel Comune di Bologna

Con la finalità di incentivare la circolazione di vetture alimentate con carburanti aventi un basso impatto ambientale, nei giorni scorsi a Bologna è tornata “Io guido sempre ecologico-Liberiamo l’aria“, l’iniziativa che mira a trasformare le auto che circolano in città con l’alimentazione a Gpl oppure a metano grazie agli incentivi.

La misura, fino ad esaurimento dei fondi stanziati, è partita lo scorso 16 settembre 2010, e rientra nell’ambito di un finanziamento della Regione Emilia Romagna così come prevedono i cosiddetti Accordi per la Qualità dell’aria. I richiedenti possono ottenere un contributo, non comulabile con altre agevolazioni, pari a 500 euro a fronte di una vettura a benzina che viene trasformata con alimentazione a Gpl o metano.

Per chiedere il bonus occorre essere una persona fisica o una persona giuridica con residenza e sede nel Comune di Bologna fermo restando che dalla misura sono escluse quelle persone che esercitano l’attività di servizio di trasporto in conto terzi. Niente bonus neanche per quelle ditte che operano nel commercio di autovetture se non per i mezzi che risultano essere destinati all’uso in conto proprio. Nel momento in cui si presenta la domanda il richiedente, oltre al rispetto del requisito della residenza, deve già possedere un veicolo immatricolato ed a lui intestato.

Il contributo, come sopra accennato, è pari a 500 euro, Iva compresa, ma può aumentare a 650 euro, sempre Iva compresa, nel caso in cui la trasformazione dell’alimentazione da benzina a metano o Gpl avvenga per un veicolo la cui data di prima immatricolazione risulta essere successiva a quella dell’1 gennaio del 2006.

 
Il contributo è invece pari a 250 euro per i motoveicoli che vengono trasformati a gas qualora collaudabili a metano-Gpl. L’incentivo si ottiene sotto forma di sconto sul costo sostenuto per la trasformazione dell’impianto di alimentazione, e si può prenotare direttamente presso le officine bolognesi che aderiscono a “Io guido sempre ecologico-Liberiamo l’aria“.
