Fotografie delle viscere della Terra, la magica esperienza di due appassionati di speleologia

Chi di voi non ha mai immaginato di vivere un’avventura nelle viscere della Terra, dopo aver letto il romanzo di Jules Verne? Oppure è rimasto incollato davanti al televisore durante il film Viaggio al centro della Terra? E ha comprato i biglietti mesi in anticipo per l’uscita al cinema del remake del film del 1959 in 3D, lo scorso anno?
Ebbene tutti gli appassionati di fantascienza e i curiosi che vorrebbero esplorare il cuore della Terra possono ammirare, e consolarsi, con gli scatti fotografici di Paolo Seregni, architetto di Milano, e Luca Cerini, informatico di Arezzo, con la passione per la speleologia…e l’avventura.

I due amici hanno intrapreso un viaggio nel sottosuolo, tra grotte e laghetti carsici, piccole fenditure della roccia e ambienti bui, ma che illuminati da torce o da piccole fessure della terra, hanno rivelato colori intensi e accesi come quelli che vedete in fotografia. Sono partiti dalla Valle d’Aosta, hanno attraversato la Val d’Ayas, ai piedi del Monte Rosa, le miniere Chuc Servette, e sono giunti in Lombardia, a Caval Lizza e Valvassera, nella provincia di Varese.

Colori e forme seducenti e paesaggi sommersi carichi di magia e bellezza.

Ora la prossima tappa è l’esplorazione delle miniere della Sardegna, ricche di argento e rame, minerali che senza dubbio hanno colorato e trasformato la roccia in modo sublime. Le loro avventure naturalistiche riportano alla luce mondi impensabili, forme e colori che si potrebbe classificare come arte, arte del sottosuolo. Come dichiara Luca Cerini

E’ sorprendente infilarsi in un buco nero, strisciare e poi scoprire un mondo variopinto. Ci sentiamo come Alice nel paese delle meraviglie.

Il loro intento è anche quello di far conoscere di come la natura si riappropri della sua terra, del sottosuolo, e restituisca a quelle profondità splendore e vita, dopo gli interventi di sventramento dell’uomo. Come spiega Paolo Seregni

In quegli spazi bui e silenziosi si percepisce il dolore e il lento lavorio della fatica dei minatori che popolavano le miniere e abitavano nei paesi a fondo valle.
