Dall’edificio impatto zero di Firenze, agli eco-appartamenti svizzeri, prosegue il nostro viaggio in giro per l’Europa per scovare la casa ecologica del futuro e lasciarci incantare dal design innovativo delle abitazioni ecosostenibili. Oggi ci spostiamo in Spagna, patria di una casa prefabbricata che si monta in soli tre giorni.
A progettarla sono stati gli architetti della MYCC di Madrid. Si tratta di una costruzione ideale come seconda casa in montagna, che ricorda la geometria degli antici granai tipici della zona in cui è stato installato il primo prototipo, a Cedeira, nel nord-ovest del Paese.
Il tetto e le facciate laterali sono coperte di Viroc®, una miscela di prefabbricati di cemento e trucioli di legno che, a causa del loro colore grigio, ricordano un bosco di eucalipti. Questo cemento in fibra ha una grande efficienza e forza, nonostante sia molto leggero e, di conseguenza, facile da mantenere e spostare.
Le due facciate principali della casa sono state rivestite di pannelli che rimandano alla silhouette della foresta, per ricreare l’immagine della vegetazione circostante ed integrarsi perfettamente nella natura.
La casa è costituita da tre componenti modulari tridimensionali per il piano terra e prefabbricati in legno per il sottotetto. Le pareti esterne sono composte da uno strato di alluminio e da pannelli in poliuretano con lana di roccia aggiunta all’interno.
La casa viene assemblata inizialmente in fabbrica per verificare che ci sia tutto, successivamente viene smontata e spedita al lotto di installazione per essere riassemblata in soli tre giorni. Incredibile, vero?
Le successive due settimane vengono effettuati ulteriori ritocchi e voilà, la casa vacanze in montagna è pronta da vivere in tutta la sua bellezza, praticità e funzionalità. Rispetta i colori del paesaggio, si integra perfettamente nella natura e gli interni sono davvero caldi ed accoglienti.
Unica controindicazione: per trasportarla dalla fabbrica alla montagna c’è molta strada da fare con emissioni non indifferenti. Ma non si può avere tutto! Che ne dite, vi piace?

Passaggio un po’ surreale, dubito che sia economicamente conveniente assemblare una casa per quel motivo.
La casa è bella ma queste tecnologie (casa in legno) andrebbero applicate alle case delle città, condomini compresi, non per riempire le montagne di seconde case.
credo sia costosa infatti, non so quanto costa, il prezzo è su richiesta ma immagino tanto! Però è meglio delle case in cemento bianche o colorate ed enormi che costruiscono in montagna, si integra meno invasivamente nella natura.
