Trespoli, cassonetti, ma anche i ceneroni, ovverosia i contenitori per buttare le cicche piuttosto che gettarle in spiaggia. Si è organizzata così sui litorali romani l’Azienda Municipale Ambiente (AMA) nell’ambito delle iniziative per il corretto smaltimento dei rifiuti, e per la raccolta differenziata, tanto al mare quanto in città. In particolare, a Ostia, dove c’è la spiaggia libera, già da giorni sono stati potenziati i servizi di raccolta dei rifiuti con 10 cassonetti ed una cinquantina di trespoli di colore diverso per la raccolta della plastica, carta, cartone, metallo e vetro.
Le iniziative dell’Ama, finalizzate tra l’altro anche a contrastare l’odioso e grave fenomeno legato alla formazione di discariche abusive, ha altresì attivato nei pressi dei lidi dei servizi di raccolta presso ristoranti e chioschi sia per quel che riguarda gli scarti organici, sia per plastica, vetro e metallo.
Nulla cambia invece per chi in questo caldo mese di agosto a Roma è rimasto in città. L’Ama al riguardo, in accordo con quanto riporta il sito Internet dell’Amministrazione capitolina, sottolinea infatti come siano regolarmente rimasti in funzione, tra l’altro, i centri di raccolta fissi per le aziende, le postazioni mobili, ma anche la raccolta dei rifiuti porta a porta e le piazzole per la differenziata, dagli scarti alimentari ed organici ai materiali non riciclabili.
Sul sito Internet dell’Azienda Municipale Ambiente di Roma, www.amaroma.it, c’è inoltre l’apposita sezione per informarsi sui servizi di raccolta gratuita dei rifiuti ingombranti. Questo, in particolare, avviene con apposite raccolte domenicali organizzate in collaborazione con il TGR Lazio; l’iniziativa, denominata “Il tuo quartiere non è una discarica“, prevede in certe domeniche l’allestimento di eco-stazioni mobili di raccolta sparsi per la Città. Sempre sul sito, digitando la propria strada, è possibile sapere in ogni momento qual è nel Comune di Roma il punto di raccolta dei rifiuti ingombranti più vicino.
