Rifiuti Terzigno, la Ue ammonisce l’Italia e Berlusconi promette un nuovo miracolo

Bandiere date alle fiamme, autobus e camion in fumo, Terzigno sembra sede di un campo di battaglia. E forse è proprio di questo che si tratta. La popolazione si lamenta dell’inefficienza dello Stato e dei media che omettono la verità, dando voce quasi esclusivamente al Governo e non alle migliaia di abitanti che non vogliono una discarica sotto casa.

In questa confusione interviene l’Unione Europea che ha definito la situazione “seria” e, tramite il portavoce del commissario all’ambiente, Janez Potocnik, fa sapere che auspica che le autorità italiane

risolvano la questione il più presto possibile ed in maniera adeguata. Si possono scordare di vedere sbloccare i 145 milioni di euro di fondi europei attualmente congelati dalla Commissione europea.

Davanti al monito dell’Ue non poteva rimanere insensibile il Premier Silvio Berlusconi che ha già fatto la prima mossa: farà ritornare Bertolaso, dopo il “miracolo” (almeno così lo chiamano) dei rifiuti di Napoli, il capo della Protezione Civile ora risolverà anche questa emergenza. Una situazione che, secondo lo stesso Berlusconi, tornerà alla calma entro 10 giorni. Spariranno ancora le telecamere?

Nel frattempo, in attesa che le promesse vengano mantenute, la guerriglia impazza in città. Negli scontri di ieri sera un uomo è stato arrestato per detenzione di materiale esplosivo, ma gli scontri stanno sfuggendo sempre più al controllo delle autorità. La politica intanto continua a fare la parte dell’estintore, cercando di calmare i bollenti spiriti. Il ministro Fazio questa mattina ha detto che si tratta solo di una questione di cattivi odori, ma che la discarica non avrà conseguenze sulla salute, mentre il sottosegretario agli Interni Mantovano afferma che dietro agli scontri non ci sia la cittadinanza, ma

uno stato di grande disagio sociale per finalità al confine con l’eversione

i cui responsabili fanno parte della

area antagonista e anarco-insurrezionalista.

Sarà, ma le vecchiette e le persone di tutte le età che si vedono nei video amatoriali e nelle tv indipendenti non sembrano criminali. Guardando ciò che è successo a Napoli, dove dopo 4 anni l’immondizia è ancora presente, dubitiamo fortemente che in 10 giorni si possa fermare la guerriglia urbana e risolvere il problema dei rifiuti.

  23. The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
